Party A:

Is responsible for ensuring full and valid passenger’s identification of the travel program in this contract. Passport of the participant must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the trip, you are responsible for checking and ensuring the validity of the passport.
Is responsible for supplying a list of customers (including name, sex, date of birth, passport number, date of issue and expiry of the passport …) and related documents at the request of Party B. Party A is responsible for payment all expenses incurred due to late or inaccurate customer information.
Have self-preservation of belongings, money, personal belongings during the tour.
Coordinate with Party B to manage the passenger or group during the visit; It is the compulsory of the members of passenger or group to comply with the laws and regulations of the host country.
If Party A is pregnant, please notify the staff of Party B at the time of registration for more information. Party B has the right not to get pregnant for 5 months or more for safety reasons.
In case of participation in risky activities in the tour program (if any) that Party B has warned in advance, Party A must consider and take self-responsibility for his / her health condition.
Payment to Party B in accordance with the Contract as well as other expenses (if any).

Party B:

Party B is allowed to change the final schedule in the case requires (For example: the uncontrollable or unpredictable such as the weather, earthquake, volcano, war, traffic jam or accident…) for fit with your geometry fact.

Full implementation of the services under the attached program (or Appendix of Contract).

We are not responsible for refund or compensate in such uncontrollable cases such as: disaster; drought, earthquake strikes, protests, epidemics, aviation incidents such as delays, cancellations, technical failures, flights, traffic, war, terrorism., …). If there are cases for the event, the value B will be reviewed for support for this value.

Not responsible for all risks (if any), also the payment of the service not used if the customer of the Party A skips any service at any contract that is not available without the agreement of party B

Not responsible for a party A unrecognized visa (visa) issued by a visa dependent on the country of residence.

Party B does not return the accounting payment from previous occurrence if an occurrence from the following A:

Due to subjective errors:

Party A:

– Below is our cancellation and refund’s policy:

Before 30 days to up to the arrival date: 10% of the tour price charged
Before from 20 to 29 days to arrival date: 25% of the tour price charged
Before from 10 to 19 days to arrival date: 50% of the tour price charged
Before from 05 to 09 days to arrival date: 90% of the tour price charged
Before 5 days to down to arrival date: 100% of the tour price charged

Party B:

– For collective groups and client, the party B has to get at least client (3 clients) will start as the plan. If the quantity is under 3 clients, the party B has to inform the Party A five days in advanced with the departure date and set-up a new startup date.

– If the party B cannot depart on schedule date, the party B will be return the full amount of money for party A

We are not responsible for refund or compensate in such uncontrollable cases such as: disaster; drought, earthquake strikes, protests, epidemics, aviation incidents such as delays, cancellations, technical failures, flights, traffic, war, terrorism., …). If there are cases for the event, the value B will be not responsible for compensating other spiritual expense besides the tour cost that party A have been deposited.

– The tour schedule can be changed or reorganized, depending on the fact, weather or other issue on local countries. Both parties can be added or reduce below the 2 of the payment is there is the different in term of the price. Party A cannot separate or divide the services not used or not completed for refund. These extra charge (if any), the party A has to be charged due to the changes. The program can change the property/ hotels for your client at arrival place. – If party A need the red invoice issued, they should inform at the time of confirmation or at least 3 days in advanced with the departure date. After this time, all the claim related invoice won’t be resolved

– Before register, party A should read programs, terms and condition. In case, if party A cannot come directly to register the tour and there is someone to come to register on behalf of them. Party A should read more carefully the term and condition from the register person.
